Testimonials
Look, I'm not all that big on testimonials. People can fake them, they can input some of their own data on there. I'm looking to set up an Intch account for my clients.
But I do have some testimonials from people I've worked with and their perception of what it's like. I do want you to know that these are ones that I've might have had rapport with. I tried to ask everyone but got certain answers. By their nature unless hell breaks loose there's not going to be a negative feedback. And if there will be it will be much more difficult to point fingers about it.
Regardless hopefully these give you a better idea about me.

I’ve had the chance to work with many PMs across the company, and I can confidently say that you’re one of the best. You are incredibly organized and always on top of everything in your projects, which is your greatest strength. It's also clear that you've built strong relationships with your clients—they trust you completely.

Previously, when developers encountered complicated issues they didn’t know how to resolve, the issues would get stuck, leading to delays. At the same time, customers were growing increasingly frustrated with slow delivery speeds, which caused stress on us managers. One major contributor to this was the absence of a clear workflow or process to follow when complications arose.
Introducing retrospectives proved to be really helpful in solving such and similar issues. These sessions provided a safe space for open discussion, allowing us to freely share the problems we were facing. Through collaboration, we were able to identify root causes and decide on fixes together.
As a result, we established clear workflows and escalation paths for handling more complex cases. This brought much-needed structure to our processes and significantly improved delivery output.
In addition, introducing regular one-on-one meetings ensured that all of us had a voice. This not only helped surface individual concerns early but also fostered a greater sense of trust across the team. With stronger relationships and better communication, collaboration became more natural and effective.
Overall, these changes helped us deliver quality work and adapt quickly when challenges arise.

Everything! Despite him being on the other side of the planet, he still manages to do his duties without any issues and with quality. Tickets get created, issues get discussed, clients get informed and everyone is happy. Working with him is very easy and pleasant. He's always reachable and communicates with his colleagues constantly. If any situation needs to be resolved, he's always on top of it and helps however he can. Always asking for feedback from team members about what's good and what's bad/could be improved, that way achieving a good working environment for everyone and also boosts efficiency and productivity by improving the team's workflow and processes.

It has been over a year since you led the QA team, so I might have forgotten some details. I enjoyed working with you during that time because you assigned proactive tasks, provided helpful feedback on my work, and shared valuable insights into the testing processes Overall, I don’t see any negative aspects of working with you. However, since we haven’t worked closely for the past six months or longer, I can’t comment on the current situation

Ayman Eman - QA
Thanks for reaching out for feedback—it's great that you're taking this proactive approach to improve. I really appreciate how available and dedicated you are to the work. It's clear that you care a lot about the outcome, and I can see how much effort you put into making things run smoothly. It’s very reassuring to have someone who is always there when needed. That said, one thing I've noticed is that your communication style can sometimes come across as a bit strong. When there’s an issue, it might be more helpful if feedback or discussions about problems happened in a more private setting rather than publicly. It would allow the message to come across more effectively without creating unnecessary tension. This small shift could make a big difference in the overall atmosphere. But overall, I’m happy to work with you and feel you genuinely add value to the team. Your commitment and heart for the job are some of the things I truly appreciate.

From my point of view , you have been very helpful in terms of critical issues or blockers that we encounter and even handling unexpected situations. I feel happy that I am working with you and I see that you are a beneficial person to the structure.

I've always liked working with you. You create a very positive and pleasant work environment and I've always had the impression that my opinion is valued when it comes to the processes that we have in place in our projects. I've also liked your approach about improving things and making them more efficient. A few good examples are: When you took over Health Checks, right away you had a meeting with all of us and gathered suggestions about what we can do better and what is not working that well. Quite a few things from that meeting got implemented in our workflow and helped HCs a lot in the long run When we started the redesign project on (NDA on Project), you started holding weekly meetings and monthly one-on-ones. That helped us to work out a solution for a very efficient communication between us and the client. We still have that in place and it still works very well.

QA 360 feedback: I see you as a very beneficial person to the structure. I like the fast responses and proactivity from your side. Always finding a response to questions or shared comments in our channels is really very good. Sometimes I see discussions between you and other colleagues in our channels, and it looks like you are rebuking or criticizing them of something done or how to do it, which is good from my perspective, you are direct and straightforward. You are very helpful in situation when blockers or questions arise. During DSs you are one of the rare people with turned cameras on (very positive thing). I feel happy to work with you. You have structured way of working which I like the most (it's pretty organized).

I think you are beneficial to the structure, from my perspective, you have been helpful with client communications, setting priorities, helping with difficult situations, like when we ran out of backlog, etc. Overall, its been a pleasure working with you

Laura Garavito - Product Owner (Client)
From my experience with the plugins team, I’ve really enjoyed working with you.
Whenever I needed to raise an issue—whether it was about improving communication or enhancing team collaboration—I found your approach incredibly valuable. You prioritized the situation immediately and provided an effective solution right away. Every time I brought something up, your response brought clarity and greatly benefited the team’s work.
To be honest, I don't have any complaint. On the contrary, I was always trying to convince the sales team to move the plugin in other platforms like OXID and JTL to Scandiweb, because of the collaboration with you and the team.

I like the way you interact with developers and the way you communicate and how you balance both client and the team in a good way so that everyone will be happy. There are no things that I dislike at the moment. Yes I see you as a beneficial person for the project . Providing the needed support- Like when I lost the access to repositories, when I need my SSH access. you were able to get it done quickly provide needed feedback - especially with the time logs (not the recent one but long ago you showed me some time logs and asked me to use that format and etc..)

I’ve had the chance to work with many PMs across the company, and I can confidently say that you’re one of the best. You are incredibly organized and always on top of everything in your projects, which is your greatest strength. It's also clear that you've built strong relationships with your clients—they trust you completely.

Aleksander does everything that is expected from PM, and slightly more on top of that
Technical knowledge: is definitely there on quite a good level, can plan and evaluate solutions proposed by developers
PM processes knowledge: on a good level, tracking, and internal SC metrics are always on a good level, Aleksander can justify any number in detail
Communication skills: good communication skills both with team, and with the clients
As an extra would like to mention DM involvement, most of the time it is not a request to help or clarify something, but a suggestion for the workflow or process improvement which is highly appreciated, and shows dedication toward work

Hi, my feedback will not be very helpful but you are doing great job and it is pleasure to work with you. Since I am mostly focused on job and your work is kinda in background, it's hard to pinpoint something. I don't see anything specific that I wouldn't like and otherwise everything that you are doing is great, keep going like that.

I work on many of Aleksander's projects and I'm happy to say that:
I appreciate Aleksander's good energy and communication, he is good at what he does and at listening to us (QAs)
He makes people around him feel confident and grow together with the team
He's a proactive person and ready for anything, knows how to recognize the positive points of others and who to ask for help when something is not within what he can do
In general, he has always been and is an important piece for the team, his word is essential for the team and everyone looks for him, I see this on several projects and it is great to see how fast and necessary he is
If you have any problems or need anything, he will always be there for a call and resolve it with you
With all these points, I consider him the best PM I could have!

In response to your question about your strengths and areas for growth, I can confidently say that my experience working with you has been nothing but positive.
I truly appreciate your proactive approach and your willingness to take initiative whenever needed. Your ability to go beyond the expected and take additional actions has been highly valuable, as it often provides a fresh perspective and innovative solutions. As customers, we sometimes view things from the same lens for a long time, making it difficult to see tasks, challenges, or requests from different angles. Your insights and approach have been instrumental in helping us overcome this limitation.
You have been an invaluable member of our project—always timely in your responses and providing precise, thoughtful feedback. Your contributions have elevated project management to a level we had not previously experienced, and we are truly grateful to have you as a PM on our project.
With this said, I think that from my perspective I don’t know where you could get better—it would be “too much” to expect more.

You were a great mentor as you have the power to push someone forward using their own skills and expertise rather than just telling them what to do here and there. You were very informative and you are very skilled as a senior PM. All questions asked from my side were taken with great consideration from yourself and were answered in a very clear and supporting way. You didn't hesitate to assist whenever possible whenever I had a blocker or didn't know something about a process. So overall I am really glad we got to work with each other and that you were able to help me learn how to handle everything regarding the project and have a clear bigger picture for future projects.

You’ve got a strong tech understanding and that amazing ability to cut through client nonsense—seriously, that’s a superpower. But one small thing: even when the client is obviously being... well, a bit clueless, we still need to make sure they feel like they’re in safe hands. A touch more empathy in those moments could be magic.
Overall, I see you as a real asset to the team. You’re organized, independent, and I appreciate how you handle projects without much need for hand-holding. Just a tiny nudge to check in more proactively with clients, especially for feedback on little work details—it can save some last-minute surprises (like the one with (Project removed because of NDA), when they said you are not present enough). You had a good answer to it right away, I was just surprised it was not highlighted to them prior.
What I really value is your dedication. Even after hours, you’re still engaged and trying to help out if needed. That’s huge, but I also know it’s a lot to handle. Unless it is a complete blocker/red flag, make sure to protect your own time a bit more too, as blurring work/life balance usually ends up in annoyance/ignorance.
And yes—I’m genuinely happy we’re working together! Keep being awesome, just with a sprinkle of empathy and some proactive client check-ins, and we’ll keep crushing it.

Working with Aleksander has been very pleasant on (I had to cut out the project name due to NDA). He's always asking how we can improve our processes and workflow. He always asks for opinions from the dev side when it's relevant, that way improving the process of development - the devs are up to speed with what's happening with the project on the development side and they get some input regarding the best paths to take. Communicating with him is very easy and pleasant - always polite, responds to messages in a timely manner and it's clear.

From my experience, you've been really solid to work with. I really appreciate how quickly you respond and how you’re always there when things need to be clarified. It makes a huge difference when PMs are being proactive with the team, and you do that really well—keeping everything organized and moving.
I didn’t work on (NDA project) for too long, but while I did, things went great. You were always on top of things. I’ve been on other projects where the PMs sometimes take a few days to reply to messages even after pinging them multiple times, leaving things in a limbo.
Also, when I started working in SW and you were the QA PM, you helped me get up to speed fast, and that made a big impact in my SW career. Overall, I think you’re doing a fantastic job, and I’ve had only positive experiences working with you!

Alexander is a skilled, helpful, open-minded guy with a good sense of humor. He has good contact with all his colleagues and knows how to keep his cool when the going gets tough. You can tell from his proactivity that this is an experienced PM.

Aleksander is an invaluable member of the Scandiweb team. He’s not only an excellent colleague but also a remarkable mentor. Aleksander’s approach to various situations and scenarios is commendable. I’ve gained much knowledge from him. He’s consistently quick to respond and never hesitates to address any questions that may come up.

Aleksander is a good project manager. He communicates well with the client and with the team. He is also good at setting priorities as necessary/as agreed with the client and informs the team about them. Aleksander is always willing to help the team in any way he can and any problems/issues/concerns can always be discussed with him.

You provided timely responses and always showed a readiness to assist and solve work issues. This made me feel more comfortable as a developer on the project. Your friendly communication style has also helped create a more open and collaborative environment. Honestly, it’s hard to say what I dislike about your work. I haven’t encountered any negative aspects in our work together. I feel you’re Definitely beneficial. I’ve worked with PMs who focus more on the client’s needs than the team's, but you’re the opposite. I know if any issue arises, you’ll assist in finding the right solution, which helps reduce stress and keeps the team productive. I appreciate your friendliness, technical knowledge, and strong communication skills. These have made a positive difference in how we collaborate. As mentioned earlier, the overall positive experience is tied to your friendly approach, technical expertise, and quick responses, which make collaboration much easier. Perhaps providing more details in some tickets would be helpful, but overall, everything is going well. It's hard for me to fully judge this aspect. From the development side, you're a really good PM. I don’t have any examples of bad practices, so I assume things are working well with the client as well.
